Notice

Shopping Guidelines

1. When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (business days).
If there are national holidays, typhoon days, or unexpected closures (such as factory holidays), shipping will be postponed to the next business day.

  • Home Delivery: Approximately 1–2 business days after shipping. The courier will contact you by phone upon delivery.

  • Convenience Store Pickup: Approximately 2–3 business days after shipping. You will receive an SMS from the convenience store and an email notification from our website once the order arrives.


2. Why didn’t I receive an SMS notification for convenience store pickup?

SMS notifications for convenience store pickups are sent by the store’s logistics system.
Possible reasons for not receiving the message include poor signal reception, your phone being turned off, a full SMS inbox, blocked promotional messages, or an incorrect phone number.

A shipping confirmation email is always sent once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive an SMS within 2–4 days after the shipping confirmation, please track your order using the provided logistics number.


3. Why didn’t I receive a shipping confirmation email?

If you did not receive the confirmation email, it could be due to network issues, insufficient mailbox storage, or other uncertain email system factors.
You can always check your order status and tracking number via the “Member Center → Orders” section at the top-right corner of our website.

4. I forgot to pick up my order from the convenience store / missed the courier call. Can you resend it?

Re-shipment is possible only after the original package is returned to our logistics warehouse. A re-shipping fee of NT$100 will apply. Once the returned package is inspected and confirmed to be intact, we will proceed with re-shipment.

▪︎ Important! If you fail to pick up convenience store orders twice, your future orders will no longer be eligible for convenience store pickup. Only home delivery will be available.


5. My order was canceled even though I didn’t receive my package!

If our team receives a return notification from the logistics provider and cannot reach you within 14 days, your order will be canceled.
A refund will be issued minus NT$100 shipping cost.

(Cancellation and refund notifications will be sent via email or SMS to the registered buyer.)


6. How can I track my order?

Click the profile icon at the top-right of our website → go to Member Center → Orders to view your order details and tracking information.

Return & Exchange Policy

1.Return & Refund Process

2.Exchange Process
Submit Request → Customer Service Confirmation → Arrange Exchange

︎ Please place thereturn/exchange items (including the product, invoice, gifts, etc.) in a boxand seal it properly.
︎ Refunds take approximately 7–14business days (subject to refund notice).
︎ Packages returned withoutprior request will be treated as abandonment and will not be refunded.



Important Notes

Accordingto Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, you may return your order within 7days of receiving the goods (cooling-off period).
︎ The cooling-off period is nota trial period. Products must be in brand new, unused, and unopenedcondition with complete packaging.
︎ Returns after 7 days will notbe accepted unless due to product defects.

If youfind any defects, please take photos and videos immediately and keep thepackaging intact. Do not open or use the product further. Contact customerservice promptly for assistance.
Forhygiene and safety reasons, only unopened and unused products incomplete packaging are eligible for return/exchange (except defectiveproducts).
Eachorder is limited to one return request. By submitting a request, youagree to our return policy, including invoice cancellation and relatedprocedures.
Pleasestrictly follow customer service instructions when returning items. Missingitems (product, packaging, gifts, invoices, etc.) may result in unsuccessfulrefunds, and related costs will be borne by the customer.
Forrefunds via bank transfer, if incorrect account information is provided, anyadditional fees will be deducted from the refund.
